1) Unsportsman like conduct will not be tolerated.
 

2) Rough driving will not be tolerated. Anyone called on for rough driving will be sent to the pits. Two offenses in the same night will result in disqualification for that race night.
 

3) Any conduct, by children, parents, pit crews, etc. towards another child, parent, pit crew, etc. deemed inappropriate will be disqualified for that race night and /or for the remainder of the season. This includes going to another competitor’s pit area. If a situation arises, notify a KART official immediately and let them handle it.
 

4) Any conduct, by children, kart owners, parents, pit crews, etc. deemed inappropriate towards any racing official will be barred from the premises for the remainder of the season and will forfeit all points for the season.
 

5) Any discussion with a KART official must be in a normal voice and manner.
 

6) Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
 

7) Refusal to have your kart inspected will result in forfeiting your ability to race that night.
 

8) The race procedures, with the exception of inappropriate conduct, may or may not be used in the Pure Stock 3 HP Beginner Class at the discretion of KART officials.

This is a learning class and may need to be handled differently.
