1) Competition may pay $75.00 dollars to have an engine teched during any race night. In the event that a kart engine fails tech or kart owner refuses to tech engine, that Go-Kart will loose all points earned that night.
 

2) A competitor that refuses tech a second time during the points season will loose all points for the season.
 

3) Of the $75.00 protest charge, $30.00 goes to tech inspector and $45.00 goes to the engine being teched if found legal.
 

4) If found illegal then $30.00 goes to tech inspector and $45.00 goes to competitor that filed the protest.
 

5) KART director of competition may tech a kart if they deem it necessary for the benefit of the program.
 

6) No pooling of money for protest will be allowed or tolerated.
 

7) KART’s tech inspector’s result will be final.
 

8) Person lodging protest may stay confidential.
